2017 Reading Challenge Results

The year has come to an end and now it is time to reflect on what we did and on the goal we reached. Last year we created a 2017 reading challenge and asked you guys to join us. We created a list of 30 things we wanted to do with our reading. Rosie left her list halfway done and I don’t know if she will post her results or not. That’s up to her, but as for me, I am going to show you all my results.

The rules were simple, just read things that fit these categories. One book could satisfy more than one category. That’s it. now let’s see how well I did.

A new year is here, may the reading begin!

Every year we set reading goals for ourselves determining the number of books we want to read, this year we are also trying to diversify our reading and so we have made a fun reading challenge as part of our New Years resolutions. There are no rules, nor is it required to go through each of them. This is all in fun (although there will no doubt be a bit of competition between Rosie and I), and  anyone who wants can take up the challenge.

The challenge begins on January 1, 2017, and ends on December 31, 2017, at midnight. Any and every book is acceptable, and everyone is welcome to participate with us.

Let us know if you will be joining us for our 2017 challenge. We really hope that you do. The more the merrier!

(A single book can satisfy more than one challenge. Example: Wuthering Heights, is over 150 years old, as well as a classic)

Coming Soon

A reading list of types of books we want to read in 2017. Everyone is free to join us in reading. There will be 30 items on the list and no specific book is needed to meet any one part of the challenge.

This will be done in fun and there will be no need to join, or complete the challenge. Still, we hope to see many read along with us.

We will post the list up soon, as we near 2017!
